Our specialty is laboratory professionals, like YOU. Every individual you come in contact with has experience in the clinical lab setting in some capacity. Most are board certified phlebotomists, MLSs, and MLTs. Some have held roles as lead techs, supervisors, managers, and administrators. Together, we are travelers, generalists, and specialists in blood banking, cytologists, flow cytometry, microbiology, molecular diagnostics, and virology, with more than 20 years of combined experience. Who better than us to understand what YOU need!

You will need to have graduated from an accredited program in your respective industry.

You will need to be board certified.

You will need to hold a separate state license to work in California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Tennessee, West Virginia.

Phlebotomists are required to be licensed in California, Louisiana, Nevada, and Washington.

Most facilities require at least 1 year of experience.

Typically, 13 weeks is the minimum. Some facilities offer shorter or longer contracts, based on their needs. Many facilities also offer contract extensions.

Yes. Depends on your housing situation, there may be pet or occupancy restrictions, but finding accommodations is possible.

Our travelers are paid weekly.

Yes. Our benefits include medical, dental, and life insurance. We also offer travel reimbursement and either provide a housing stipend or paid housing for you.

We offer travel/contract, full-time, part-time, or PRN positions, as well as crisis management contracts. Whether you are short staffed due to employee illness, leave, retirement, resignation, pandemics, or any reason at all, we are here to offer you solutions.

We will use several methods to dig deep and make sure we understand your desired outcome. This will allow us to gather the pertinent information we need to match you with candidates that best fit your specific circumstances. With your approval, we will connect you with well-qualified candidates and you can determine if they are a good fit for your organization.

Traveling lab professionals can be a part of your team from 8 up to 26 weeks, or longer, but contracts typically start at 13 weeks and can be extended at 13-week intervals.
